KODA Distribution Group has acquired EW Kaufmann, headquartered in Bristol, PA.
"The acquisition offers us the regional focus we desire and significantly strengthens our presence in the Northeast U.S. in the CASE market," said Frank Bergonzi, CEO of KODA Distribution Group. "It enables us to expand our capabilities and to establish a leading CASE position throughout the northeast region."
KODA Distribution Group is comprised of five regional companies: EW Kaufmann in PA, GMZ in OH, Ribelin Sales in TX, Monson Companies in MA and PT Hutchins in CA.
